Welcome to our school website. I hope it provides a sense of the school’s ethos and useful information about our learning community.
The Staff, Governors and I are delighted to welcome you to St Margaret’s CE Primary and Nursery School. I am very proud to be Headteacher at St Margaret’s, a friendly, caring and inclusive church school. Our vision of ‘Loving God, Serving others and Fulfilling our potential’ is at the heart of all we do.
St Margaret’s Church of England Primary School provides a safe and happy learning environment where children and adults share in the joy of learning. We have wonderful grounds with our own pond, Forest School areas and playing fields right in the heart of Crawley. We are an inclusive, caring school and we aim to fulfil every child’s potential, academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
At St Margaret’s you will find dedicated staff who work hard to ensure that all children are happy and successful learners. We have high aspirations for all our children and aim for all children to be happy and successful learners. We encourage this through our exciting curriculum which is planned to motivate and inspire children through embracing new technology and utilising our wonderful outside learning environment.
We work closely with our parents and carers to build relationships that will support children in their learning journey. Parents are encouraged to take an active part in their child’s learning and many parents volunteer with school and after school activities. |
I hope you find our website useful, but please take the time to visit our school where you can meet the children and staff who make this school such an exciting and vibrant place to be.

The Friday morning Forest School group thoroughly enjoyed their investigation of ice in the winter pond area, followed by a campfire and hot chocolate to keep the children warm. Heron class made the most of the remaining ice on Friday afternoon. https://t.co/s29iZXbfE2
